following shanjae, i've also set up the Johari window for myself, just for fun and possibly increase some self-awareness. Because i believe that criticisms are probably more constructive than compliments, i've also set up the Nohari window which is the same as the Johari 'cept that it ask for flaws. nah, actually im just giving you a chance to bash me up :p
